The service

Kopse Timi is a free price-comparison tool. We aggregate publicly available product listings from third-party Cypriot retailers and present them side by side. We do not sell, ship, or warrant any product shown.

Accuracy of prices

Prices, availability, and product details are sourced from third parties and may be out of date, incomplete, or incorrect. Always verify the final price and product details on the retailer's own website before purchasing. We are not liable for any discrepancy between displayed and actual prices.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that results are exhaustive.

Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the service. We may rate-limit or block clients that do so.

Intellectual property

Retailer names, logos, and product images shown belong to their respective owners. The Kopse Timi name, layout, and code are owned by the operator.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Cyprus.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
